Dr. Tin Oo is originally from Burma, a Southeast Asian country. He practiced in Burma, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Brunei before immigrating to the United States.
After completing his Internal Medicine Residency in New York City and having been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he practiced in a group practice of Internal Medicine in Tennessee for 10 years. Thereafter, he worked as a Hospitalist in Missouri, Maryland and West Virginia for 10 years before joining OUCH Urgent Care as our Medical Director.
Lindsey M. Evans, PA-C completed her Masters of Science in Health Science and Physician Assistant Studies at King’s College, Wilkes-Barre, PA in 2014. She is nationally and state certified as a Physician Assistant. She has experience in hand and upper extremity surgery at Johns Hopkins. Lindsey joined OUCH Urgent Care in February 2016.
Ellie Murtha PA-C completed her BS at the University of Wisconsin and went on to complete her M.Ed. At the University of Virginia Majoring in Sports Medicine Athletic Training. Ellie worked at The United States Naval Academy in Annapolis Maryland as a Certified Athletic Trainer for 11 years working with various athletic teams. Desiring to learn more medicine returned to school and completed the Physician Assistant Program at Essex Community College in 1998. She is nationally and state certified as a Physician Assistant. Ellie has worked in Orthopedics and Emergency Medicine. Ellie joined OUCH Urgent Care in January 2016.
